PHILOSOPHY & PERSONAL JOURNEY
Yoga is not merely a form of physical fitness—it is the amrit (elixir) of total well-being. It has guided Yash to find inner serenity and taught him to embrace life’s changes with grace. From being a fashion stylist to a dedicated yogi, his journey has been filled with insight and personal growth.
Yash's teaching style blends creativity, strength, breathwork, and meditation. His goal is to help students cultivate strength, flexibility, peace, and positivity. Through a well-rounded yoga practice, he hopes to inspire others to find balance in body, mind, and spirit.
AYURVEDA: LIVING IN HARMONY WITH NATURE
Ayurveda, the “Science of Life,” emphasizes the importance of prevention and natural healing to promote overall wellness. Seasonal changes, especially during the monsoon, can aggravate the body’s doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), potentially weakening the immune system. Pollution through air, water, and food further contributes to the accumulation of toxins in the body.
A timely Panchakarma cleansing process can effectively remove these impurities, rejuvenate every cell, and slow the aging process, helping individuals feel younger and more energetic. The monsoon season is ideal for such rejuvenation, as the atmosphere is cool and dust-free, allowing better absorption of oils and herbs.
Yash encourages everyone to embrace Ayurveda and experience its benefits by visiting an authentic center near them, especially during the monsoon season.
